How does the chocolate get to the top tier of the
Fondue Fountain?
Answer:
Inside the Fondue is a specially made stainless steel
corkscrew which rotates and brings the chocolate from
the base to the opening at the top of the Chocolate
Fountain, then it overflows back down to the basin.

What do people use the chocolate fountain for?
Answer:
The Chocolate Fountain can be hired for weddings,
banquets, children’s parties, corporate and catering
events and just about any occasion where you wish
to impress your guests, and create a luxurious atmosphere.

Do I have to assemble it myself?
Answer:
No, our uniformed operator will deliver, assemble
and supervise. When your event is over we will disassemble
and take the Chocolate Fountain away. (unless you
choose our dry hire option-in which case we will provide
you with operating and cleaning instructions and collect
the fountain the next day)

Does it get messy?
Answer:
It can if left unsupervised. This is why we highly
recommend having a skilled operator present.
5.
How far do you travel?
Answer:
Travel is included within a 30 mile radius
of where we have bases (Gloucestershire and Cheshire).
Anything over this will incur a nominal travel cost,

What kind of chocolate is used in the Fondue?
Answer:
100% Callebaut imported Belgian chocolate.
It comes as Dark, Milk or creamy white chocolate.
7.
How long can the Chocolate Fondue be run for?
Answer:
The answer to this is forever! The chocolate is gently
warmed in the bowl and a stainless steel spiral takes
the chocolate from the base to the top of the fountain
creating the flowing effect. An average rental will
last approximately 4-5 hours. Although prior arrangement
can be made if you would like us to stay longer.

What can you dip in the Chocolate Fondue Fountain?
Answer:
You can use strawberries, marshmallows, miniature
doughnuts, and other fruits ie pineapple, grapes,
sweet melon. actually anything edible that go with
chocolate, however, we strongly advise against anything
crumbly or that easily slides off skewers for the
sake of the consistent flow of the chocolate.

Can I use the fountain outside?
Answer:
Unfortunately we don’t recommend this due to the wind
disrupting the flow of the chocolate or even blowing
dirt into it. If it’s in a sheltered area protected
from the wind, dirt and insects it should be fine.
10.What
do I need to supply to run the fountain?
Answer:
We require a sturdy clothed table, 5 foot round is
usually the best to allow easy access for all guests
while dipping. A large enough table to allow space
for the dipping foods. Power supply is also required.
11.
Does your chocolate contain nuts?
Answer:
Our chocolate as a product does not contain nuts however
our manufacturers cannot guarantee that the product
is free from nut traces so we maintain that our chocolate
is not suitable for people with a nut allergy.
